HYPE GVA Taiwan’s 5th Cycle Demo Day successfully accelerated the sports innovation teams through a combination of online international networking and physical event resources.

The HYPE SPIN ACCELERATOR TAIWAN, Taiwan’s Sports Innovation Accelerator, held its 5th Cycle Demo Day as a combination of on-site activities and online courses. The event featured presentations from the 10 sports innovation teams participating in this cycle, showcasing the fruitful outcomes of their involvement in the program. HYPE’s founder, Amir Raveh, Chief Operating Officer Zvika Popper, and other esteemed international guests, as well as the 5 international sports innovation teams from this cycle, joined the event through Cisco Webex in an online format. The venue was designed with an athletics theme, symbolizing a sprinting burst, aiming to inspire the sports innovation teams to break limits and create more connections and investment opportunities.

In this training program, a total of 10 outstanding and promising domestic and international sports innovation teams were recruited. Among them, there are 5 international teams including Diggin’ from Hong Kong, which develops an all-in-one dance information media platform; Fanera from Jordan, which creates the first football-exclusive social networking platform; VAVEL from Spain, which connects global sports media creators and users; WeavAir from Canada, which develops an air distribution system that prevents the spread of polluted air and promotes energy efficiency; and FitBiomics from the United States, which optimizes physical performance through probiotics.

The 5 domestic teams include FEEGAM, which focuses on developing a sports event venue seat marketing system; KNCKFF (Taiwan NACF), a trendy sneaker reselling platform; Joe Athlete (Chiao’s International Baseball Enterprise), which offers online training courses for sports science in baseball; AACS (Advanced Adventure Creation System), which develops outdoor XR extended reality games; and Hikingbook, which aims to create a safe and convenient platform for mountain climbing experiences.
